WHY 6061 ALUMINUM

We chose 6061 alloy — the same aluminum used in the aerospace industry — for two reasons:

• Resistant but tire-friendly: Hard enough to grip terrain, soft enough not to damage your tires.
• Lightweight: If you ever use your MaxTrax as a shovel (and you will), you won’t regret having these installed.
