VW Golf 8 & 8.5 Phone Mount (Golf R, GTI)
Trusted by the industry
VW Golf 8 & 8.5 Phone Mount
Made for one console. It sits in the slot beside the gear selector of the Golf 8 and Golf 8.5, Golf R and GTI included. The phone stays in your sight line, below the screen, charging. No drilling. No adhesive. No vent clip.
Why not the charging pad.
The Golf has a wireless charging tray. The phone lies flat, out of sight, and gets hot. Put it in the slot by the gear selector and it slides on every corner. A vent clip blocks the air and rattles. This mount holds the phone upright where you look, on a Qi2 charger, and it does not move.
Built for your Golf.
Shaped to the console
The base is drawn for the slot beside the Golf 8 gear selector. It drops in and stays. Nothing to unscrew.
Qi2 charger included
Up to 25 W wireless, braided USB-C cable. The phone snaps on with magnetic Qi2 alignment and starts charging.
Sintered nylon and TPU
Body in SLS sintered nylon, made in our own workshop. The charger sits in a TPU holder that grips it without rattling.

Spare parts always available, sold separately at fair prices.

It starts as a 3D scan of your car.
Then hours and hours of modelling. Then nylon powder, fused by a laser one layer at a time, until the powder holds the shape of your console.
The rubber is the whole point.
This mount is designed with rubber around it. That rubber is what locks it in place — and what keeps it from ever marking the interior. Nothing scratches. Nothing presses into leather or Alcantara.
It is also why it goes in and comes out in seconds. No tape to peel off and no residue left behind. No suction cup to let go in the heat. No tools, no screws, nothing driven into dashboard plastics that were never made to take it.
We do the hours so the install takes seconds.
Scanning, modelling, printing, finishing and assembly happen in one building in Ticino, Switzerland. Nothing arrives finished. Nothing is rebadged. When a part needs to change, it changes that week.
