Quad Lock®

A sintered-nylon adapter between our base and your existing Quad Lock® MAG wireless charging head. You bring the Quad Lock® head and case, both sold separately by Quad Lock.

Fitment. Read this before ordering.

The rule: if your 911 has the ashtray with the flip-up lid in front of the shifter, this is your mount. If the tray is open with no lid, you want the 911 (991) standard mount.

04 — SO ENTSTEHT SIE

Am Anfang steht ein 3D-Scan Ihres Autos.

Dann stundenlange Modellierarbeit. Dann Nylonpulver, das ein Laser Schicht für Schicht verschmilzt, bis das Pulver die Form Ihrer Mittelkonsole hat.

Teile kommen aus dem Pulverbett. Gereinigt und poliert im eigenen Haus.

Der Gummi ist der entscheidende Punkt.

Diese Halterung ist mit einer Gummiumrandung konstruiert. Dieser Gummi hält sie an Ort und Stelle — und sorgt dafür, dass sie im Innenraum keine Spuren hinterlässt. Nichts verkratzt. Nichts drückt sich in Leder oder Alcantara.

Deshalb ist sie in Sekunden eingesetzt und wieder heraus. Kein Klebeband zum Abziehen, keine Rückstände. Kein Saugnapf, der in der Hitze nachgibt. Kein Werkzeug, keine Schrauben, nichts, was in Armaturenbrett-Kunststoffe getrieben wird, die dafür nie gemacht waren.

Wir investieren die Stunden, damit die Montage Sekunden dauert.

Scannen, Modellieren, Drucken, Nacharbeiten und Montieren geschehen in einem Gebäude im Tessin, Schweiz. Nichts kommt fertig an. Nichts wird umetikettiert. Wenn ein Teil geändert werden muss, wird es in derselben Woche geändert.
