Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA & UK Consumers)

This notice applies to consumers resident in the European Union, the EEA, and the United Kingdom. It sits alongside our Returns & Refund Policy. Where they differ, this Right of Withdrawal applies to EU/EEA/UK consumers within the statutory 14-day period.

Your right

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the goods. For an order of multiple goods delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — by email to team@tacticengineering.com, or using the model form below. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (by email) without delay.

Effects of withdrawal

• We refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost you paid at checkout (except any extra cost arising from your choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
• The refund is made to the same payment method you used, with no deductions — no payment-processing fee, no restocking fee, and no cancellation fee.
• We make the refund within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (i.e. more than you would be able to in a shop).

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example, kits configured or built to your specific vehicle to order — or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Where an item is built to your specification, this is stated on the product page before purchase.

This page concerns the statutory right of withdrawal for EU/EEA/UK consumers. It does not affect your separate statutory warranty rights, and it does not apply to business (B2B) purchases or to consumers outside these regions.
