Mount your MaxTrax on roofs, hoods, and sloping panels where standard flat mounts won't work.

Our standard MaxTrax mounts are designed for flat surfaces. This kit is for everything else — curved roofs, sloping hoods, and any non-flat panel where you want to mount your recovery boards. The magnets feature adjustable joints that conform to the surface curvature, giving you full contact and maximum hold.

• Compatible with MaxTrax MK2, LITE, and XTREME.
• Four rubberized magnets with 50 kg pull force each — 200 kg (440 lbs) total. Pull force is measured when pulling straight off the surface. In real-world use, lateral forces (pushing or pulling sideways) are around 17 kg per magnet.
• Adjustable joints conform to curved and uneven surfaces.
• Transparent paint protection stickers included.
• Pins included — insert into MaxTrax board recesses and let them snap into place.
• Supports two boards.

WILL IT WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE?

Test your vehicle with any kitchen magnet on the intended mounting area. Works on steel surfaces — not compatible with aluminum or composite bodies like some Land Rover Defenders, Ford F-150s, or Ford Broncos.

FABRICATION METHOD

Engineered in Switzerland and manufactured using carbon fiber reinforced plastic through 3D printing. Each part is inspected and tested to withstand high temperatures and heavy loads. Minor surface imperfections may be visible due to the manufacturing process, but they do not affect performance.
