01Your Right

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the goods.

For an order of multiple goods delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you receive the last item. This notice applies to consumers resident in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom. Where it differs from our Refund Policy, this notice applies within the statutory 14 days.

02How To Withdraw

Inform us of your decision by a clear statement — by email to team@tacticengineering.com, or using the model form in section 05.

We acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (by email) without delay. Sending the notice within the 14 days is sufficient; the goods may be returned after that.

03Effects Of Withdrawal

Refund All payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost paid at checkout. Any extra cost from choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer is excluded.
Method The same payment method you used, with no deductions — no payment-processing fee, no restocking fee, no cancellation fee.
Timing Within 14 days of being informed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or you supply proof of return — whichever is earlier.
Return cost You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

04Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example kits configured or built to your specific vehicle to order — or to sealed goods unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds once unsealed.

Where an item is built to your specification, this is stated on the product page before purchase.
