EU/EEA & UK consumers. The return shipping-cost deduction described below does not apply to your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Within 14 days we refund the full price plus standard outbound delivery, with no fee deductions. See our Right of Withdrawal.

Shipping Policy

 

VAT & Taxes

  • Switzerland: Swiss VAT (8.1%) is included in the price and collected at checkout.

  • European Union (EU): All prices include the VAT of your destination country, calculated and collected at checkout. Orders with a goods value up to €150 are sent under the EU IOSS scheme; larger orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Either way, no VAT or customs charges are payable on delivery within the EU.

  • United Kingdom and all other international destinations: Local VAT, import taxes, and customs duties are not included in the price. They are collected by your local carrier or customs authority on delivery, at the rates set by your local authority.

Dispatch Schedule (CET/CEST)

  • Orders placed by Monday 12:00 → ship Tuesday.

  • Orders placed Monday 12:00 – Thursday 12:00 → ship Friday.

Orders that include out‑of‑stock items ship together once all items are ready. If you want in‑stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

 

Delivery Times & Methods

  • Typical transit: 4–14 days depending on destination and customs.

  • We use reliable carriers; a tracking number is provided for every shipment.

  • Unforeseen events (customs inspections, weather, strikes, etc.) can delay delivery. We start investigating a delay 14 days after the ship date.

 

Our Shipping Subsidy (Transparency)

  • Swiss shipping is expensive. To keep prices fair, we subsidise roughly half of the outbound shipping cost.

  • The amount you see at checkout is below the actual carrier charge. We pay the difference.

 

Important For Returns

  • If you return an order, your refund will be reduced by the full actual outbound shipping cost we paid, not the subsidised amount you paid at checkout. We will provide the carrier invoice for the label for full transparency.

  • For some non‑European destinations, the actual carrier cost can be significantly higher than the checkout amount. Please consider this before purchasing/returning.
