01VAT & Taxes
| Switzerland | Swiss VAT (8.1%) is included in the price and collected at checkout. |
| European Union | Prices include the VAT of your destination country, collected at checkout. Orders up to €150 ship under the EU IOSS scheme; larger orders ship Delivered Duty Paid. No VAT or customs charges on delivery within the EU. |
| UK & rest of world | Local VAT, import taxes and customs duties are not included. Your local carrier or customs authority collects them on delivery, at rates set by your local authority. |
02Dispatch
Orders placed by Monday 12:00 ship Tuesday. Orders placed Monday 12:00 – Thursday 12:00 ship Friday. Times CET/CEST.
Orders that include out-of-stock items ship together once all items are ready. If you want in-stock items sooner, place two separate orders.
03Delivery
Typical transit is 4–14 days depending on destination and customs. Every shipment carries a tracking number.
Unforeseen events — customs inspections, weather, strikes — can delay delivery. We start investigating a delay 14 days after the ship date.
04Shipping Subsidy
Swiss shipping is expensive. To keep prices fair, we subsidise roughly half of the outbound shipping cost. The amount you see at checkout is below the actual carrier charge. We pay the difference.
On a voluntary 30-day return, the refund is reduced by the full actual outbound cost we paid — not the subsidised checkout amount. Carrier invoice provided. For some non-European destinations the actual cost is significantly higher than the checkout amount.
05Returns
EU / EEA / UK consumers: within the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal we refund the full price plus standard outbound delivery. Return postage is paid by you. No restocking fee, no payment-processing fee. If the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong item, we pay the return shipping. See our Right of Withdrawal.
Return postage is at the customer's cost on every return. Outside the statutory right, outbound shipping is deducted from the refund as well. Full conditions, deductions and the return procedure: Refund Policy.
