01Statutory Right of Withdrawal — EU / EEA / UK
Consumers in the EU, EEA or UK have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. It takes precedence over every deduction listed in §04.
Within 14 days of delivery we refund the full purchase price plus standard outbound delivery, to your original payment method. No payment-processing fee. No restocking fee. No cancellation fee.
Return shipping is paid by you. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us in Switzerland. This is stated here before purchase, as Article 6(1)(i) of Directive 2011/83/EU requires. Use a standard tracked service; the cost is the ordinary parcel rate from your country to Switzerland. We add no handling charge on top of it.
Faulty or incorrect goods are different. If the goods are defective, do not match the description, or we sent the wrong item, we pay the return shipping and refund you in full. Contact us before returning and we arrange collection or send a prepaid label.
Withdraw online, no email required. Log in to your account, open the order and request the return. This online withdrawal function is provided in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673 (Art. 11a, Consumer Rights Directive), applicable since 2026-06-19. You may also use the model withdrawal form or contact us by email.
Full details and the model withdrawal form: Right of Withdrawal. The deductions in §04 apply only outside this statutory right — the voluntary 30-day return, buyers outside the EU/EEA/UK, or returns after the 14-day window.

03Return Procedure — RMA Required
| 01 | From your account: log in, open the order and request the return. Or email team@tacticengineering.com with your order number and reason. |
| 02 | We approve the request and issue an RMA number with return instructions. |
| 03 | You book and pay the return carriage, using a trackable method, and send us the tracking number. Keep the receipt until the refund lands. |
International returns: mark the parcel and customs documents "RETURNED GOODS — NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" and include the RMA number. Duties charged on incorrectly marked returns are deducted from the refund (§04).
04Deductions — Outside the Statutory Right
The restocking and payment-processing deductions below apply to voluntary 30-day returns and to orders from outside the EU/EEA/UK. They never apply to the 14-day statutory withdrawal (§01). On those returns, both shipping legs are at your cost: outbound is deducted from the refund, return you pay directly to the carrier.
Return postage is paid by the customer on every return, including a statutory withdrawal. Outbound delivery is refunded on a statutory withdrawal, and deducted only outside it.

Refused or undeliverable packages: we deduct actual outbound shipping, carrier return charges, any duties or taxes, payment fees and the 3% restocking fee. Outside the EU/EEA/UK statutory right of withdrawal.
05Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and in any event within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of your proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
