EU / EEA & UK consumers — your statutory rights. A 14-day right of withdrawal takes precedence over any conflicting return, refund or cancellation term below. Within 14 days we refund the full price plus standard outbound delivery, reimburse your return postage at the standard tracked rate, and deduct no fees. You can withdraw online from your account (Directive (EU) 2023/2673, applicable since 2026-06-19). See our Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
01VAT & Taxes
| Switzerland | Swiss VAT (8.1%) is included in the displayed price and collected at checkout. |
| European Union | Displayed prices include the VAT of the destination country, collected at checkout. Orders up to €150 are remitted under the EU IOSS scheme; above €150, VAT and duties are prepaid Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). No additional charges on delivery within the EU. |
| UK & rest of world | Displayed prices exclude local VAT, import taxes and customs fees. Your local carrier or customs authority collects them on delivery; they are not controlled by Tactic Engineering. |
02Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed by Monday 12:00 ship Tuesday; by Thursday 12:00 ship Friday (CET/CEST). Typical transit 4–14 days, tracked. Orders with out-of-stock items ship together once complete.
We subsidise roughly half of the outbound shipping cost — the checkout amount is below the actual carrier charge. Full details: Shipping Policy.
03Returns & Refunds
EU/EEA/UK consumers: 14-day statutory withdrawal, full refund, both shipping legs covered (see notice above). Beyond that, we accept voluntary returns within 30 days of delivery — unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, RMA required.
Outside the statutory right, deductions apply (actual outbound shipping, payment-processing fees, 3% restocking) and both shipping legs are at the customer's cost. Complete conditions, deduction table and procedure: Refund Policy.
04Order Cancellations — Before Shipping
When an order is placed and then cancelled — even immediately — our payment processors keep their fees. These amounts are retained by Stripe/PayPal and not reimbursed to us. For cancelled orders outside the EU/EEA/UK statutory right of withdrawal we therefore deduct:

05Warranty — 2 Years
| Coverage | Free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for 2 years from the purchase date. Original purchaser only, non-transferable. |
| Not covered | Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, unauthorised modifications or repairs, normal wear, cosmetic damage, circumstances beyond our control. |
| Assessment | We may request proof of purchase, photos or video, and installation details. Tactic Engineering determines coverage at its sole discretion. |
| Remedies | At our discretion: repair, replacement (new or refurbished), or refund of the purchase price. |
| Shipping | Contact us before sending anything. You get the product to us for inspection; if the claim is approved, we cover outbound shipping of the repaired or replacement unit back to you. |
Except as stated, no other express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Warranty terms may be updated; changes apply to purchases after the effective date. Using or purchasing our products constitutes acceptance of these terms. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
