The real comparison

Landed cost, not sticker price.

Import from overseas and the cheap quote hides the rest: duties, freight, customs, and a material you can't verify. There's also VAT. Pay a Swiss company and you reclaim it. Get invoiced from abroad and the import VAT is yours to eat.

Your file A cloud, seen by many Our Swiss server. No one else

We built this to be what we wanted to buy. Before we equipped ourselves for SLS production in-house. The enabler we couldn't find, so we became it.

Three guarantees · in writing

What you're actually paying for.

A

Shipped from Switzerland

It uploads to our own server in Switzerland. Not a subscription cloud. We print it. No one else touches it.

Our limits are the point

The constraints that buy you the price and the speed.

01

One material.

Genuine Formlabs Nylon 12 (PA12). The most expensive PA12 on the market. We think it's the most expensive for a reason.

02

Nothing else. Not even if you ask kindly.

Switching material costs four hours and a chamber of wasted powder. We don't do it for our own parts. So we don't stock anything else.

03

Minimum order CHF 150.

A filter, only relevant if you're printing prototypes. It keeps the work serious. For production runs it never comes up, and a subscription removes it entirely.

07

Prototype subscriptions

Printing prototypes often. Need them fast.

The honest answer is your own machine. But CHF 100,000 locked in an SLS system is a lot to carry for a few parts a month. So we built three ways in.

Subscriptions are billed once for the year and are non-refundable. A year of maintenance on a single Fuse 1+ is EUR 5,600, without powder, without an operator. The Studio plan costs less than keeping the machine alive.

Applications

What companies print with us.

Companies across Switzerland — Zürich, Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne — and the EU print with us. Automotive companies run part of their production with us. Farming equipment. Jewelry tooling. Dentistry. And the everyday: end-use parts, enclosures and housings, brackets and load-bearing mounts, jigs, fixtures, ducts, and out-of-production spares.

09

Frequently asked

The questions we get.

Do you use genuine Formlabs powder?

Yes. Only original Formlabs Nylon 12, never Chinese or cheap substitute powder.

Are parts finished?

Every part is bead-blasted and polished. A refined, professional surface, not raw off the printer.

What happens to my file?

It uploads to our own server in Switzerland for slicing. Not a third-party cloud, not passed through other hands.

What is the maximum part size?

165 by 165 by 300 mm per part. Larger geometries can be split and bonded.

What quantities do you run?

One part to 5,000 and beyond. The price per part drops as quantity rises, and the calculator shows it live.

Do you offer FDM, SLA or MJF 3D printing too?

No. This is an SLS-only 3D printing service. One process and one material — genuine Formlabs Nylon 12 — is what buys the price and the days-not-weeks lead time. If your part truly needs FDM or SLA, we're not the right shop, and we'll say so.

Where in Switzerland do you deliver?

Everywhere. Parts print in our Swiss workshop and ship tracked: Zürich, Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne and everywhere between, typically 1–2 working days. EU and UK in 3–5.

Do you ship across Europe?

Yes. Produced in Switzerland, shipped to the EU and UK.

Do I need an account to get a price?

No. Upload your file, set the quantity, read the price. No login, no email, no callback.

Can parts live outdoors?

Yes. Order the black, UV-resistant dye — applied in-house after printing. Nylon 12 itself is weather-stable.

Can you engrave part numbers or logos?

From 20 parts, yes. Laser engraving, done in-house. Mention it with your order and we quote it.

This is what we wanted before we equipped ourselves for SLS in-house. So it's what we built for you.
