Stage 2.3 Suspension + Striker 4×4 Sprinter 2.0" Lift System

Overview

The Stage 6.3 kit combines Van Compass's Stage 2.3 suspension package with the Striker 4×4 Sprinter 2.0" lift system. Improves ride quality, adds clearance for larger tyres, and adds ground clearance for adventure and off-road builds.

The Striker system retains stock suspension geometry, payload rating and ride quality while lifting the vehicle on USA-made, powder-coated components.

Falcon shocks smooth washboard roads and sharp impacts, reduce bounce over large bumps and minimise side-to-side sway. Front Sumo Springs add spring rate, stability and bottoming resistance.

For more front suspension performance, add the Rally Strut in place of the factory front strut (sold separately).

35" Tyre Fitment (315/75R16) Conditions

315/75R16 (35") tyres fit when the following conditions are met:

• Removal of the front mudflaps
• Slight trimming of the rear of the front fender
• Trimming of the front bumper and front inner fender liner
• Minimum 9/16" (14 mm) wheel spacer on factory steel wheels with 54 mm offset, or equivalent wheel offset

Falcon Shock Settings (3.3 Fast Adjust)

Mini Leaf Pack vs Opti Rate

The Mini Leaf Pack is a proven upgrade that increases spring rate and improves rear ride quality. You set spring rate up front based on your van's current weight and build.

The Opti Rate Full Spring Pack is for builders and owners who want long-term flexibility. It lets you tune spring rate and ride height as the van gains weight, by adding Adjustable Preload Spacers (APS).

Especially useful for vans being built in stages, where suspension needs change as accessories, cabinetry, water and gear are added.

• 2019+ vans with adaptive cruise control have tighter tyre size limitations
