These mounts secure tools and accessories on roof racks or steel surfaces. Two choices decide the part you get: magnets or no magnets, lock or no lock.

How many do I need?

The count depends on the weight and length of what you are securing.

Full-size shovel — typically three mounts, depending on weight.
Small axe — generally one mount is enough.
Medium axe — may require two mounts.

Magnets hold strongest when pulled directly off the surface. Orient them for maximum grip and check the setup every time before driving.

Will it hold on your vehicle?

Without magnets, these mounts bolt onto any roof rack or carrier — no magnetism involved. With magnets, the rule is steel underneath.
