Cupra Leon, 2020 onwards. The prototype is built and fitted; we are still testing it in the car. The exact install position, the confirmed model-year range and the final photos are published when it ships. Nothing is shipped until it passes.

Det börjar med en 3D-skanning av din bil.

Sedan timmar av modellering. Sedan nylonpulver, som en laser smälter samman lager för lager tills pulvret har formen av din mittkonsol.

Delarna kommer ur pulverbädden. Rengörs och poleras i egen regi.

Gummit är hela poängen.

Den här hållaren är konstruerad med gummi runt om. Det gummit låser hållaren på plats — och gör att den aldrig lämnar märken i inredningen. Inget repar. Inget trycker sig in i läder eller Alcantara.

Det är också därför den sitter på plats och lossnar på några sekunder. Ingen tejp att dra loss, inga rester. Ingen sugkopp som ger vika i värmen. Inga verktyg, inga skruvar, inget som borras in i instrumentpanelens plast som aldrig var gjord för det.

Vi lägger timmarna så att monteringen tar sekunder.

Skanning, modellering, utskrift, efterbearbetning och montering sker i en och samma byggnad i Ticino, Schweiz. Ingenting kommer färdigt. Ingenting etiketteras om. När en detalj behöver ändras ändras den samma vecka.
