• Items must beunused,uninstalled, and inoriginal packagingwith all parts and documentation.

How To Start A Return (RMA Wymagane)

1. E-mailteam@tacticengineering.comwith your Zamówienie number and reason for return.

2. We’ll issue anRMA numberand instructions.

3. Send the item Wróć using atrackablemethod and Udostępnij thetracking number.

 

Costs Deducted From Zwrots

• Actual outbound Dostawa costwe paid to the carrier (invoice provided).

• Płatność processing fees:non‑Zwrotable –Stripe 3.6%/PayPal 3.9%of the Zamówienie total.

• Restocking fee:3%(covers packaging, inspection, and return handling).

• Any import duties/Podatekeswe incur due toincorrectly marked returns.

• Return Dostawais the Klient’s responsibility.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages:If you refuse delivery or a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we deduct: actual outbound Dostawa + carrier return charges + any duties/taxes + payment fees + 3% restocking.
