Overview

The Stage 6.3 kit combines Van Compass's Stage 2.3 suspension package with the Striker 4x4 Sprinter 2.0" suspension lift system. It is designed to improve ride quality, increase clearance for larger tires, and add valuable ground clearance for adventure and off road focused builds.

The Striker system retains the stock suspension geometry, payload rating, and ride quality while lifting the vehicle with high quality USA made components that are powder coated for long term durability and corrosion resistance.

Custom tuned Falcon shocks help smooth harsh washboard roads and sharp impacts, reduce bounce over large bumps, and minimize side to side sway over uneven terrain. Front Sumo Springs increase spring rate, stability, and resistance to bottoming out.

35" Tire Fitment (315/75R16) Conditions

With this lift kit, 315/75R16 (35") tires can be fitted when the following conditions are met:

• Removal of the front mudflaps
• Slight trimming of the rear of the front fender
• Trimming of the front bumper and front inner fender liner
• Minimum 9/16" (14mm) wheel spacer on factory steel wheels with 54mm offset, or equivalent wheel offset**

Mini Leaf Pack vs Opti Rate

The Mini Leaf Pack is a proven upgrade that increases spring rate and significantly improves rear suspension ride quality, but you choose your spring rate up front based on your van's current weight and build.

The Opti Rate Full Spring Pack is designed for builders and owners who want long term flexibility. It allows you to tune spring rate and ride height as your van gains weight over time by adding Adjustable Preload Spacers (APS).

This is especially useful for vans being built in stages, where suspension needs may change as accessories, cabinetry, water systems, and gear are added later.

Opti Rate Full Spring Pack Details

Van Compass's Opti Rate spring pack is the result of more than a decade of leaf spring tuning across ride heights, payloads, and use cases. It is designed to improve ride quality in built out vans that often suffer from harsh bottom out and poor rear suspension behavior under constant load.

The system includes three key elements: a primary main spring stage, a 3 leaf secondary stage, and Adjustable Preload Spacers (APS). The APS are billet machined blocks with stackable Delrin glide pads that preload the secondary stage into the main spring stage.

The design allows tuning while the spring remains installed on the van. Changing preload spacers generally requires little more than a floor jack, socket wrench, and mallet.

• Softest setup: no APS installed, ideal for light vans or customers wanting the softest ride
• Medium setup: APS with 1 Delrin spacer pad for firmer spring rate and increased ride height
• Heavy setup: APS with 2 Delrin spacer pads for maximum spring rate and ride height

The Opti Rate system is intended as a tunable solution to correct spring rate and restore lost ride height without excessive lift. It is fully compatible with lift blocks and rear geometry correction components used in 2" lift systems.
