Why a mechanical lock

The CLS and E-Class cupholder geometry is precise enough that the mount does not need a soft interface. The sintered nylon body is made to the exact internal dimensions and holds itself in place through engineered fit, not friction padding.

Cleaner install. No material degradation over time. It stays as tight on day 1,000 as it does on day one.

Fewer parts. Tighter tolerances. That is the advantage of designing for one specific vehicle.

Production is limited

Every mount is manufactured in-house in our Swiss workshop. We typically run a waiting list or carry minimal stock. Pre-order to secure yours in the first batch.

The rule: the Mercedes-Benz CLS W218 and E-Class W212 share the same centre console cupholder geometry. We 3D-scanned both and confirmed it. One mount fits both cars. If you own either, this is your mount.

04 — HOW IT IS MADE

It starts as a 3D scan of your car.

Then hours and hours of modelling. Then nylon powder, fused by a laser one layer at a time, until the powder holds the shape of your console.

Parts coming out of the powder bed. Cleaned and polished in-house.

We do the hours so the install takes seconds.

Scanning, modelling, printing, finishing and assembly happen in one building in Ticino, Switzerland. Nothing arrives finished. Nothing is rebadged. When a part needs to change, it changes that week.
