Quad Lock®

A sintered-nylon adapter we design and manufacture in-house, fitting between our base and your existing Quad Lock® MAG wireless charging head. You bring the Quad Lock® head and case, both sold separately by Quad Lock.

1-inch Ball — RAM compatible

The mount finished with a 25.4 mm ball in sintered nylon, fused directly to the mount body. Takes any RAM Mounts® arm or third-party 1-inch ball socket. You bring the arm and the cradle, sold separately by RAM Mounts.

Which head do I need?

iPhone 12+ bare or in an Apple MagSafe case — MagSafe. Peak Design MagSafe case — MagSafe. Quad Lock MagSafe case but no Quad Lock charger yet — MagSafe. Quad Lock MAG case and you already own the charging head — Quad Lock. Already running a RAM Mounts arm and cradle — 1-inch Ball.

Fitment. Read this before ordering.

The rule: four factory screws sit between the seat heating and fan control knobs on the dashboard. Remove them. Use the longer screws supplied in the kit to secure the mount bracket in their place. Nothing else changes. No adhesive, no suction cups, no clips, no modification.

04 — HOW IT IS MADE

It starts as a 3D scan of your car.

Then hours and hours of modelling. Then nylon powder, fused by a laser one layer at a time, until the powder holds the shape of your console.

Parts coming out of the powder bed. Cleaned and polished in-house.

We do the hours so the install takes seconds.

Scanning, modelling, printing, finishing and assembly happen in one building in Ticino, Switzerland. Nothing arrives finished. Nothing is rebadged. When a part needs to change, it changes that week.
